Helpdesk as a service
- Our server management customers have 30 minutes of help included with each incident. Anything outside of that time falls into our helpdesk service
- That said, we are ‘normal’ human beings and won’t charge for simple one line replies
- Advice includes:
- how to fix repeated issues
- low resources fixes
- SSL renewal and implementation
- E-mail deliverability
- DNS issues
- We will register/set up new domains
- We will communicate via email, phone, Slack, as required
- We will provide a single point of contact
- We provide a 2 hour SLA (often much faster) on an 8/5 week (UK timezone)
- We provide fully itemised billing each month
