THE DOGSBODY TECHNOLOGY GUARANTEE

Dogsbody Technology Ltd. provides the following guarantees on all its products and services:

  • We will never recommend one supplier over another due to referral incentives or kickbacks.
  • We will treat all customers fairly and equally (subject to any contractual differences).
  • We will help you migrate away from our services at no additional charge.
  • We will never give away or sell your personal information.
  • We will keep a record of all work done and time taken and will provide these on request.
  • You can request a copy of any information and/or assets we have regarding you at any time.

ABRIDGED TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If either party reaches the stage where we need to look at the small print, something has gone very wrong and we will work with you to put it right. The Terms and Conditions simply state that:

  • We are a UK registered company that stands by standard UK laws.
  • We agree to supply what you ask and you agree to pay us.
  • You agree to pay us within 30 days or pay late payment charges on overdue invoices.
  • You do not own any work we have done until it is paid for.
  • You agree to give us adequate notice for work that needs to be done.
  • We own the intellectual property rights to any work we do (subject to contract).
  • We agree to fully comply with the Data Protection Act.
