This page defines our normal hours and out of hours multipliers. All work is timed to the minute and billed by the half hour.
Standard working hours
Dogsbody Technology’s normal 8/5 service is:
- 8 hours a day 9:00 – 17:00 UK time zone
- 5 working days a week Monday-Friday excluding UK public holidays.
We are more than happy to do planned out-of-hours work at the applicable out-of-hours in-life support rates.
